We are proud to announce our 2020 Rockin' Robbins band lineup!! Special thanks to this year's Presenting Sponsors who help make it all possible!
Tue. July 14 – A Salute to the Music of Prince by Chase & Ovation presented by TerWisscha Construction, Inc.
Tue. July 21 – Mason Dixon Line presented by Schwieters Chevrolet of Willmar
Tue. July 28 – Wild Angels: Women of Rock, Pop & Country presented by Mills Auto Center of Willmar
Tue. August 4 – The Fabulous Armadillos presented by Lakeland Broadcasting.
It was another incredible year for Rockin’ Robbins 2019, and thanks to perfect weather for the second year in a row, we were able to surpass all previous attendance records! With crowds averaging between 3,000-5,000 each week and continued strong support from our Willmar business community, the Willmar Rotary Club raised over $82,000 during last year’s concert series!
Proceeds continue to support improvements at Robbins Island, as well as other Rotary initiatives. In 2019, our Rotary club was once again able to donate $10,000 to the spectacular “Celebrate the Light of the World” holiday light display at Robbins Island. We are also excited to see progress on the new four-season shelter being built with Super Bowl Legacy Funds, and anticipate construction of the new road and parking lots to begin next August, funded by the Local Option Sales Tax. Future projects include two additional three-season shelters along the north side of the new road, and – if all goes as planned – we hope to use our Rockin’ Robbins proceeds to build a permanent concert stage!
Rockin’ Robbins continues to be a huge success and a win-win for our whole community. We are now looking for sponsors for Rockin’ Robbins 2020. We have already sold all four of our Presenting Sponsorships, but are actively looking for Opening Act Sponsors, Major Sponsors and Significant Partners.

A HUGE thank you to all our sponsors who help make Rockin' Robbins possible – we couldn't do it without you!
Since 2016, Rockin' Robbins has grown from a tiny speck of an idea to a wildly successful community event that has raised over $150,000 dollars for the revitalization of our beautiful Robbins Island Regional Park. Even more important, this free summer concert series has brought our community together in ways we could have never imagined. We are so proud. Thank you, Willmar! See you again in 2020!

Fun concert last Tuesday! What a crowd!
Holy buckets, what a night at the Island! Photos from last night's concert are now on our website at rockinrobbins.com/photos/. Again, thanks to our fantabulous photographer, Dennis Benson, for capturing all the memories!
All previous attendance records are now officially shattered! Willmar PD estimated there were close to 8,000 people at last night's Eagles Tribute with the Fabulous Armadillos and Collective Unconscious. Our Opening Act, Walter's Wheelhouse also pulled in a record-breaking crowd for the 5 PM show.
A huge thank you to last night's Presenting Sponsor, Lakeland Broadcasting, and our Opening Act Sponsor, Johnson, Moody, Schmidt & Kleinhuizen P.A.. We are already thinking about our band lineup for next year, so let us know if you have any suggestions!
THANKS WILLMAR! We are so proud of our community for supporting this event and can't wait to start spending our proceeds on upcoming improvements at Robbins Island! Stay tuned! ... See MoreSee Less
